About

Aster Enos lives in the Hope Neighborhood of Little Rock, Arkansas. His influences include Jeshua Natzraya, Siddhartha Gautama, Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi, Lao Tzu, Bassui Tokusho, Zhaozhou Congshen, Dogen Kigen, Helen Schucman and Carl Jung.

His great hope is to use his gifts in a way that contributes to the shared purpose of all living beings, which might be said to be for us all to live well.

He has a few projects currently:

Booklets:

Aster writes short essays. He publishes them in the form of folded zines, or booklets, which distributes for free at music festivals and other public gatherings and leaves in random locations like coffee shops for people to serendipitously find.

Collected Reflections:

Aster has self-published and hand-bound a collection of the essays he has distributed as booklets. He distributes these with a requested donation of $30.

Wiki:

Aster has been working on a personal wiki containing a philosophical thought system he has been developing for some years.

Flow Arts:

An important part of Aster’s approach to living well is to practice flow arts, which for him is a form of moving meditation practice and a way of practicing the mindset that allows one’s life to flow freely. He shares this art in open fire circles at music festivals, flow arts festivals and gatherings of friends.

Workshops:

Aster leads workshops at festivals on non-duality, flow art as meditation and lightworking, which he defines as resolving problems, divisions and conflicts through the simple power of non-judgmental awareness.

Workshop on integrating meditative awareness into daily life coming in July. Learn a simple six-step practice for bringing the clarity of meditation into everyday activities.

Arkansas Flow ‘n Grow:

Aster helps with organization, grant-writing and artwork for an annual flow arts gathering in Central Arkansas as a volunteer.
